5 years of aligned industry experience leading multiple software development projects/programs concurrently. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent work experience. Provide project reporting status, progress, and risk reporting to all levels within the organization. Manage resource allocation & project pipelines. Identify solution opportunities by using an existing framework, industry practices, and technology functions. Well-versed in Scrum-based, Agile development practices in an Agile environment, advocating the right size solution, standard methodologies, and tools for internal customers. Support large-scale central initiatives across divisions by identifying adoption interests, managing multi-functional dependencies, and delivery timelines, facilitating the transfer of technology, and developing POCs and models that can be transitioned or adopted in future products. Facilitate & lead inter-team collaboration, performance, and productivity through transparent communication of requirements, deliveries, dependencies, and skills.
